In the last few moments, Air France flight AF6122 bound for Toulouse made an emergency landing in Paris Orly.
Information is limited surrounding the incident at present.

Air France Flight AF6122 Paris-Toulouse…

Air France flight AF6122, which declared the emergency, is a routine scheduled flight between Paris Orly and Toulouse.
Furthermore, the aircraft involved in the incident was F-GRXB.
As per data from Planespotters.net, F-GRXB is a 24.1 year old Airbus A319-100 that was delivered to the airline back in December 2001.
Furthermore, of the A319-100 variant, Air France has just three of them, of which 2 are in active service and one are parked, with an average fleet age of 23.7 years.
As well as the A319-100 variant, the French carrier has the following other aircraft in their fleet:
- 52 Airbus A220s.
- 4 Airbus A318s.
- 36 Airbus A320s.
- 12 Airbus A321s.
- 8 Airbus A330s.
- 41 Airbus A350s.
- 63 Boeing 777s.
- 10 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
In total, the carrier has 229 aircraft in their mainline fleet, of which 207 are in active service, and 22 are parked, offering an average fleet age of 11.9 years.
Air France flight AF6122, which declared the emergency, departed from Paris Orly at 1722 UTC, and initially climbed out towards Toulouse.
Not too long after the departure, the aircraft made a u-turn back towards Orly, squawking 7700 in the process too.
After around 16 minutes of flight, the aircraft landed without further incident following the emergency declaration.
Reason for the Emergency Unclear…

At the time of publication, the reason for the emergency onboard Air France flight AF6122 Paris-Toulouse is unclear.
What we do know is that it was serious enough to prompt a return back to Orly, minutes after departure.
Information is still fluid surrounding the incident.
